Safety Focused as Standard

It is imperative to us that every employee returns home at the end of the working day to their families how they left them at the start of the working day.

We are not content to just comply at Tonbrie Construction, but actively look for new ways of improving our practices.

We have worked hard to establish an excellent health and safety record at Tonbrie Construction, never ceasing to review and update our training in line with the latest industry legislations. We also engage third-party safety officers to audit our practices on top of the weekly inspections our own SHEQ team undertake across all our live builds.

Training our operatives is key to maintaining the consistently high safety standards that our clients have come to expect from us. So, as well as investing in new plant and tools, we are continually trialing new initiatives to help us improve safe practices in every area of our business.

All Tonbrie Construction staff understand the importance of safety and we have 100% CSCS & CPCS/NPORS compliance. In addition, site supervisors hold both SSSTS & NVQ qualifications.
